    • Drive company staff and deliver tools, equipment, and materials to assigned locations.

    • Check the vehicle every day (fuel, oil, brakes, tires, lights, etc.) to make sure it is safe to use.

    • Keep the vehicle clean and in good condition.

    • Help load and unload equipment and materials.

    • Fill out trip logs and submit simple reports when needed.

    • Follow traffic rules and company policies at all times.

    • Inform your supervisor about any problems or accidents with the vehicle.

    • Assist with transport needs for company errands, site visits, or fieldwork.

    • Be respectful and professional when dealing with staff and clients.

    • Do other tasks that may be assigned.

    • Keep track of documents, equipment, chemicals, and other supplies going in and out of the office.

    • Do monthly inventory checks on-site.

    • Record daily chemical usage and compare actual vs. recorded use.

    • Handle basic admin tasks like filing, typing, scanning, printing, and binding.

    • Take down meeting minutes and share with employees who were not present.

    • Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and assist visitors.

    • Organize and set appointments when needed.

    • Maintain an organized filing system.

    • Communicate politely and professionally through phone and email.

    • Monitor office supplies, check stock levels, and request purchases when needed.

    • Do market research and purchase materials as requested.

    • Handle renewal of government permits and licenses.

    • Process vehicle registration and monitor their renewal schedules.

    • Track Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PMS) of company vehicles.

    • Do other tasks assigned by managers or top management.

    • Must be residing in La Union

    • Provide excellent service to customers and respond to their pest control requests.

    • Suggest additional company services when appropriate.

    • Coordinate with managers and supervisors on personnel assignments.

    • Conduct quality inspections and visit clients regularly to build strong relationships and improve customer retention.
