Drive company staff and deliver tools, equipment, and materials to assigned locations.

Check the vehicle every day (fuel, oil, brakes, tires, lights, etc.) to make sure it is safe to use.

Keep the vehicle clean and in good condition.

Help load and unload equipment and materials.

Fill out trip logs and submit simple reports when needed.

Follow traffic rules and company policies at all times.

Inform your supervisor about any problems or accidents with the vehicle.

Assist with transport needs for company errands, site visits, or fieldwork.

Be respectful and professional when dealing with staff and clients.

Do other tasks that may be assigned.

Inspect customer areas to identify pest problems.

Decide the most effective treatment for eliminating or controlling pests.

Explain to customers the treatment needed for their pest concerns.

Apply pesticides or other solutions safely, following label instructions and safety rules.

Measure and apply the correct amount of chemical solution for the infested area.
-
Always wear the company uniform and required PPE while on duty.
-
Complete and submit paperwork, daily reports, and chemical inventory on time.

Provide excellent service to customers and respond to their pest control requests.

Suggest additional company services when appropriate.
-
Maintain knowledge of pests, their behavior, and the best methods for control.

Show professionalism at all times to uphold company standards.

Conduct toolbox meetings with the service team to discuss plans, issues, and client needs.

Reinforce good customer service practices with the team.

Assist with administrative work such as reports and required documents.

Help set performance goals for employees based on company standards.

Coordinate with managers and supervisors on personnel assignments.

Conduct quality inspections and visit clients regularly to build strong relationships and improve customer retention.
