As the dry season begins in April, rising temperatures and reduced moisture outdoors force many pests to search for food, water, and shelter indoors. Homes, offices, restaurants, and commercial establishments often become ideal environments for pests trying to survive the heat.
Without proper pest prevention, these unwanted intruders can quickly turn into infestations that threaten health, safety, and property.

Why Pest Activity Increases During the Dry Season
During the hotter months, natural water sources begin to dry up. As a result, pests move closer to human environments where food and water are easier to find.
Termites, cockroaches, ants, and rodents are common pests that become more active during the dry months. These pests frequently move indoors, where food and moisture are more readily available, because there is less water available outside. In warm weather, cockroaches and ants may become more active near sinks, pantries, and trash areas, and termites in particular may become more hostile.
This seasonal behavior often leads to an increase in pest sightings and infestations.
